Planning of poster : headline analysis

In order to plan for my poster, I decided to plan the headlines that will go onto it. I believe that this planning is important as the use of good headlines reinforces the meanings that the poster tries to present.

These headlines depict minor average day problems faced amongst people that commonly arise in papers “ Jailed in custody case” and “mother jailed”. The use of these common headlines engages a reader as it presents familiarity and something for the reader to connect to.

A wide collection of headlines are present here. The simplicity to some of the headlines such as “Drugs?” uses just a singular word to create a strong image and proves that a single word can be so powerful.
